Jackie & crew at Words on Wood were amazing! We had a client event there and she walked us through each step along the way! We brought in food and drinks and it was the perfect evening! Everyone enjoyed themselves, the projects came out AMAZING, and everyone is talking about how they are coming back! What a fantastic spot for a night out w/ clients, coworkers, friends, family, bridal shower, etc etc etc!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Jackie has the patience of a SAINT! I found a saying which was too "wordy" for a 50th Anniversary project, but Jackie carefully selected each line to mirror the love this family shares. After confirming names and the anniversary date, she went ahead with the project and completed it in no time. However, I had mistakenly given her the wrong name and did not realize it until the week of the party!!! I was phonetically spelling his nickname!!! With only several days left before the event, I called her in a panic just before store closing. Jackie reassured me this could be fixed and graciously waited for me to bring the project back to her that night because she was going to be closed the next day. I don't know how she did it, but this is the same tray perfectly corrected with his "real" name! She even completed it three days before the actual event...Talented and customer friendly!! I can't thank Jackie and her family enough!

Such a wonderful night and experience with friends. So excited to continue to make Words on Wood! My suggestion is BYOB and bring lots of friends. You can tell that Jackie wants you to leave with a product that you made and that you love!!! The hardest part of it all is deciding what your first sign will be.

I wish I could give Words on Woods a higher rating beyond 5 because it is just so amazing!! All 3 of my children had their birthday party there. 10 year old’s and a 15 year old. They loved it! They created meaningful plaques that they will have forever as well as their friends. Jackie and her husband were beyond kind and accommodating for all of the special requests . They were patient and took the time with each child to help with them bring their creation to life. The location is absolutely beautiful and inspiring and the cupcakes provided were amazing.
